Do I have to subscribe to get started?
You can enjoy Free-To-View (FTV) content upon subscribing RM5/monthly with us. However, to access the Pay-Per-View (PPV) content, you will need to subscribe for an additional ticket to access the selected contents.
What kind of videos can I access on PLAY?
We are constantly adding content to our platform. Currently, we are providing you access to over 10,000 hours of movies, Series, Concerts, Live Performances, Podcast, Songs as well as LIVE Telecast.
What does Pay-Per-View content indicate?
Pay-Per-View (PPV) content indicates paid content. You will either have to pay to view individual contents or you can subscribe to access these contents. Luckily for you, we provide a 30 day free access so you can get a feel of why it’s totally worth it.
Why should I subscribe to the PLAY?
Three subscription ticket plans to choose from, and one month of:
Free-To-View Ticket: access to FTV content only
Pay-Per-View Ticket: use credits for your desired PPV content
VIP Ticket: All Access Pass to view all of PLAY’s content

How can I cancel PLAY subscription?
If the need ever arises, you can cancel your subscription by going to the “Subscriptions” in your “Profile” section of the Lower Bar menu and unsubscribe.
How can I keep my account secure?
While we are doing everything to keep your credentials safe, you must keep in mind the following to protect your account:
Use a strong password and update it periodically
Keep your computer safe
Sign out of unused devices
What is a promo code?
Participate in our promotional events to win promotional codes or promo codes which you can use to exchange for a free subscription to PLAY. Each promo code is valid for a limited period, so make sure you do not miss out on our exciting promos.
How do I redeem a promo code?
You can redeem the promo code by subscribing to the app and proceeding with the “Promo Code” option in the Payment Menu. Enter the code and enjoy your subscription.
How much does subscription to PLAY cost?
RM3/monthly is the cost for subscribing to PLAY Free-To-View content
RM5-RM20 is the cost for credits to view selected PLAY Pay-Per-View content
What are the available payment options?

Will I get a refund if I cancel my subscription midway?
Unfortunately, your subscription amount will not be refunded if you cancel it mid-way. However, the amount will not be deducted post the cancellation.

Can I watch videos with breaks, without having to start all over again?
Of course! We automatically detect where you had left a particular video the last time and will resume the video from that point onwards.
